Returns PolicyShould you order not arrive when expected, please let us know immediately on 0845 0345135 or email info@partyfavourz.com and we will track the shipment. Should it prove to be lost we will reship as soon as possible. If your shipment arrives damaged you must inform us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement shipment and the return of the damaged goods.Please advise us of your reasons to return the items prior to sending them back. The goods must be complete and in original condition with labels attached and in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you gain proof of posting.
